Day 1: Arrive Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi; your waiting staff will meet you and transport you to the hotel once you disembark from the aircraft and are escorted through immigration and customs processes. In Nairobi, spend the night in a hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi – Tree Hotel

After breakfast, depart Nairobi for Nyeri, a tiny but rapidly rising town in the heart of Kenya's coffee and dairy production region, the so-called former White Highlands. The trip departs for a tree hotel after a magnificent supper at the base hotel, where the evening is spent watching a succession of creatures emerge from the forest and descend on a floodlit water hole and salt pan licking, scuffling, and squeezing for an excellent vantage point If you wish to watch the spectacle late at night, the elephants may participate in a display of strength with one another, but even they would be hesitant to face the rhino. These two competitors keep the herbivores at a safe distance. In the case of Mountain Lodge, you come for lunch right at the lodge. Meals and a night's stay at the Tree hotel. (Mealtimes, Lunches, and Dinners) When you transfer to the Ark for the night, you must bring an overnight bag with you.

Day 3: Tree Hotel - Nakuru/Naivasha

At a height of 7,738 feet, depart today for Nyahururu (Thompson's Falls). The falls are named after Joseph, a Scottish adventurer. In 1884, Thompson was the first European to locate the falls. Then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park in the Rift Valley for lunch at one of the hotels. After lunch, a thrilling afternoon game drive is scheduled. The abundance of wildlife in this park, as well as the spectacular bird viewing, will convert even the most sceptics. The Park is home to breathtaking flocks of lesser and greater flamingos, which convert the lakeshores in to a spectacular pink stretch. White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Storks are among the nearly 400 bird species that may be found here. It's also one of the few spots in Africa where you may view the White Rhino and the Black Rhino.
Rothschild Giraffe is a rare species of giraffe. In Nakuru/Naivasha, meals and lodging are provided. (Mealtimes, Lunches, and Dinners)

Day 4: Nakuru/Naivasha – Masai Mara

Drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve this morning across the magnificent Great Rift Valley. This massive reserve is part of the wide Serengeti grasslands, which are famed for their stunning big wildebeest migration and are home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. Relax and have lunch at your lodge/camp before heading for an afternoon wildlife drive. The Mara Game Reserve is one of the world's most beautiful wildernesses. Large mammals come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and they're simple to spot. Maasai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland, and thousands of plain games are among the park's residents.
Impala, Zebra, Topi, Thomson's and Grant Gazelles are among the species. Meals and lodging at a Mara lodge or camp. (Mealtimes, Lunches, and Dinners)

Take a morning game-viewing drive to look for the many different types of wildlife that call this reserve home.
