Munnar, located at an elevation of 6000 feet, was a favourite summer retreat of the British rulers during the colonial era. Then visit the Mattupetty dam, which is 1800 metres above sea level. Later, pay a visit to Echo point. As the name implies, its nature is similar. The tranquillity of this site is regularly broken by tourists, as each word spoken to nature in the air returns as an echo. The tea museum would be your next stop (Closed on Monday). A fun and educational destination for children and tea lovers alike. This location has several images and technology depicting the process of processing tea leaves, and it will undoubtedly be intriguing for tea drinkers to learn about the mechanics. Take a leisurely walk in the evening and admire the unspoiled environment. Overnight in a Munnar hotel. (B)
