When you visit the YS FALLS today, you will embark on an adventure. YS Falls is one of Jamaica's best natural attractions, providing visitors with the chance to marvel at the grandeur of a succession of unspoilt and unspoiled waterfalls on Jamaica's South Coast. It has seven waterfalls, many of which flow into natural ponds, as well as beautiful gardens. This adventure begins with a brief open-air jitney ride into the Jamaican countryside, past beautiful foliage, and flowing rivers. Following your short trek, you will be met with a stunning natural environment that includes tasteful ecological constructions, play spaces, a natural spring pool, and the seven flowing levels of the renowned YS Falls. You may make your way to the top of the falls over carved wooden pathways to have a refreshing plunge in the clear natural pools. Overnight at Negril at a hotel. (B)

Today, go on a tour of the Appleton Estate. Enjoy an Appleton rum punch as the resident donkey illustrates how sugar cane juice was produced in the 18th century. Visit the Distillery & Ageing House, where the various distillation procedures are shown. Participate in the sugar cane crushing and sampling of freshly squeezed cane juice and molasses. Lunch will be provided in the traditional Jamaican way. In the Appleton lounge, sample all of the great-tasting rums. Overnight at Negril at a hotel.
