Day 1 : Arrive Amritsar

You will be taken to the hotel in Amritsar upon arrival at Amritsar airport / railway station. The day is free. Overnight in a Amritsar hotel.

Day 2 : Amritsar

Today, visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar, which is a living emblem of the Sikhs' spiritual and historical traditions and their primary destination of pilgrimage. This gurudwara, also known as the Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib, is regarded as one of the Sikhs' holiest locations. Later, visit the garden memorial to the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, which is near to the Golden Temple Complex. This public area is home to a memorial dedicated to the hundreds of persons murdered in the disaster in 1951. Later, visit the Wagah border to witness the Indo-Pakistan march and flag-lowering ceremony. Overnight in a Amritsar hotel. (B)

Day 3: Amritsar – Dalhousie (about 204 kilometres/five hours)

This morning, make your way to Dalhousie. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival. The day is free. Overnight in a Dalhousie hotel. (B)

Day 4 : Dalhousie - Khajjar - Dalhousie (about 22 kilometres / 1 hour)

After breakfast, make your way to Panjpulla, Subash Bowli, and Stature Falls. Later, drive to Khajjiar, commonly known as Himachal Pradesh's mini-Switzerland. Overnight in a Dalhousie hotel. (B)

Day 5 : Dalhousie - Dharamshala (about 120 kilometres / around 4 hours)

Today, make your way to Dharamshala. Visit Bir Monastery, which houses a Tibetan carpet weaving facility. Visit Dal Lake, the Dalai Lama monastery, and Bhagsunag Temple in the evening. Overnight in a Dharamshala hotel. (B)

Day 6 : Dharamshala – Manali (about 240 kilometres / around 7 hours)

Proceed to Manali this morning. Check into the hotel upon arrival. The remainder of the day is free. Overnight in a Manali hotel. (B)

Day 7 : Manali - City Tour

Today, visit the 450-year-old Hadimba temple, dedicated to Hadimba devi, Bhim's wife; and Vashishta kund, located approximately 3 kilometres from Manali at an elevation of 1,982 metres (6,200 feet), which are natural sulphur hot springs. Later in the day, pay a visit to the Tibetan Monastery and handicraft centre. Overnight in a Manali hotel. (B)

Day 8 : Manali

Today is free to appreciate the picturesque splendour of Himachal Pradesh. On a direct payment basis, you can pick for Rohtang pass or Snow point (closed Tuesdays), which both provide magnificent views of the Himalayan mountain ranges. Overnight in a Manali hotel. (B)

Day 9: Manali - Shimla (about 264 kilometres / eight hours)

After breakfast, go for Shimla. Check into the hotel upon arrival. The remainder of the day is free for shopping on mall road. Overnight in a Shimla hotel. (B)

Day 10 : Shimla - Excursion to Kufri & Naldehra

Today, following breakfast, go to Kufri, Switzerland's winter sports hub. Later, take a trip to Naldehra. With its spruce trees, ancient English style houses, and renowned golf course, Naldehra is well-known for having the country's oldest nine-hole golf course. Later, visit Mall Road, Shimla's main thoroughfare, Scandal Point, a renowned tourist attraction, and Christ Church, one of the first churches erected in North India. Overnight in a Shimla hotel. Day 11 : Shimla – Chandigarh (about 117 kilometres / 4 hours)

Today, make your way to Chandigarh. Visit Rock Garden, a classic example of ingenuity and recycling at its best, and Sukhna Lake, a man-made artificial lake spanning three kilometres in the Shivalik range's foothills. On weekends, visitors may enjoy boating at Sukhana Lake (direct payment basis). The remainder of the evening is free. Overnight in a Chandigarh hotel. (B)

Day 12: Depart Chandigarh

This morning, you will be taken to Chandigarh airport / railway station in order to catch a flight or train return to your home or next destination. (B)
