Nature of Ownership
V-explore is a proprietary concern that is not promoted or owned by the central government or the various governments of union territories/state governments within the Union of India.
V-explore’s clients understand that we are not directly or indirectly related to the Government of India or various state/union territory governments.
Limitation of Liability
V-explore and its employees, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and assigns do not own or operate any unit that offers or is to offer goods or services for the tour, including lodging facilities, transportation companies, food service providers, equipment suppliers, etc.
V-explore’s responsibility is absolutely limited. We are not responsible for the acts or failures to act, willfully or otherwise, of the actual service provider or any third party over whom we do not have any direct control. As tour consultants/travel agents, we promote, organise, and sell tour packages for various tour operators/service providers, which may consist of transportation, excursions, and accommodations. Such service providers/tour operators are independent contractors outside our administrative control.
V-explore is not liable for any bodily injury or harm, accidents, property damage or personal loss to the clients as a result of, but not limited to –
01 Physical exertion for which the client may not be prepared.
02 Transportation by plane, train, car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation (such as bicycle, horse, foot, etc.)
03 Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
04 High altitude on hills.
05 Forces of nature like high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.
06 Exhaustion due to heat.
07 Civil unrest or terrorism.
08 Quality of medical services in remote areas.
V-explore is further not liable for any expenses, such as meals, transportation, hotel costs, etc., that are not specifically included in the price of the tour. If such expenses are included in the price, the actual service provider/tour operator will be responsible.
V-explore reserves the right to make alterations in the hotel or trip route to improve the quality of the tour or to better accommodate guests.
V-explore is in no way responsible for damage to the client’s personal belongings, including electronic goods, during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from water, accidents, loss, and theft.
The maximum liability on the part of V-explore arising under any circumstances with respect to any services offered shall be limited to the total amount received from the client. Any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever will never be part of our liability.
Assumption of All Risks by Clients
Clients and users of this website acknowledge that they have voluntarily desired to explore the website and applied voluntarily to participate in the tour designed therein with the knowledge of various risks, which include but are not limited to–
01 Physical exertion for which the client may not be prepared.
02 Transportation by plane, train, car, bus, boat or other mode of transportation (such as bicycle, horse, foot, etc.)
03 Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
04 High altitude on hills.
05 Forces of nature like high winds, hurricanes, flooding, etc.
06 Exhaustion due to heat.
07 Civil unrest or terrorism.
08 Quality of medical services in remote areas.
09 Dangers associated with wild or other animals.
10 Problem associated with lost or misplaced luggage.
Release of Liability
The clients/users of this website acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of the tour are derived from the inherent risks incurred therein and activity beyond the safety of normal life at home and that such inherent risks contribute to excitement & enjoyment. Therefore, the client agrees to be responsible for their welfare and associated risks during the tour.
Clients/users of this website discharge and release V-explore from and against all sorts of liabilities arising during the intended tour except those that arise due to the negligence of V-explore.
Clients/users of this website further agree that this release of liability shall be legally binding upon them personally, as well as all family members and minors travelling with them and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
V-explore reserves the right to increase the tour price without any prior information in the event of an increase in cost due to changes in airfares, railway fares, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, etc.
V-explore reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a specific tour group or to cancel or modify the tour schedule/group without notice.
The clients/users of this website understand that medical services or facilities may not be readily and easily available or accessible throughout the tour.
Clients/users of this website have been advised to have travel insurance, cancellation and medical insurance, and the sole responsibility of the person intending to incur a tour. They will further be responsible for –
01 Being in sufficiently good health to undertake the tour.
02 Preparing themselves for the tour by studying the itinerary and pre-departure materials.
03 Bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment as advised from time to time.
V-explore reserves the right to take photographs or film records of any tour booked by them and to use any such photograph or film records for promotional and/or commercial purposes, including use by third parties with whom V-explore may engage in joint marketing. For such a photograph or film, the client, who travels, will not be remunerated. The client assigns V-explore all rights, titles and interests that he/ she may have in or to any media during the tour.
The clients/users of this website understand that V-explore reserves the right to refuse anyone as a tour participant or remove anyone from a tour if it judges them to be incapable of meeting the rigours and requirements of participating in the tour activities or whom it determines to detract from the enjoyment of the tour by others.
The clients/users of this website must follow all written and verbal safety rules presented to them by the service providers.
V-explore reserves the right to make route, hotel and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.
Complaints
If any client or user of this website has any grievance regarding services provided by V-explore, the same can be notified to us within 7 days of availing the service. We shall take all reasonable steps to redress the genuine grievance. Such complaints may be addressed to enquiry@vexploreindia.com
Limited Use
Unless otherwise specifically requested, services offered by V-explore are not for commercial use. They are meant for personal, family, or group use only. The clients/website users shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from this website.
Alteration in Published Description
Although V-explore makes a complete effort to ensure that the description and content published on each page of our website are correct, it does not take responsibility for any human or data entry errors and/or for any loss or damages suffered by the users due to any information contained herein. V-explore does not own or operate airlines, buses, boats, hotels, etc. and hence cannot control or prevent changes in the published descriptions. V-explore reserves the right to make requisite changes, and in the event you place an order with us or choose to avail of our services, you will be informed of the same within a reasonable time.

The V-explore website may contain links to other sites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the contents of any such sites or any changes/updates to them. V-explore is not responsible for any form of transmission whatsoever received from such sites. Prohibition Against Unlawful Use
The users/clients warrant that they will not use our website for any unlawful or illegal purpose for the time being in force within or outside India. Further, the users are obliged not to use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use and/or enjoyment of the site. The users must refrain from gaining or attempting to gain any material or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the site.

V-explore does not endorse any advertiser on our website in any manner. Users/clients are requested to verify the accuracy of information on their own before relying on it.
V-explore hereby denies any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of NCT of Delhi only.

V-explore, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to accept any client’s order without assigning any reason. V-explore accepts liability for providing any service only after we receive full payment from the client.
V-explore uses some photos on its website (https://vexplore.in/), which we have the right to use. But mistakes or human error can never be completely ruled out. Hence, if anyone finds a photo for which we don’t have rights or is being used incorrectly, please inform us immediately so we can address and rectify the situation or otherwise remove it.
