Cancellation Policy
01 All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
02 Cancellations made within 2 days of the trip start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
03 Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the trip start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
04 Cancellations made 15 or more days before the trip start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
05 Force Majeure Events:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, we will strive to provide alternatives. However, no refunds will be issued.
06 Lockdown Restrictions:
If a lockdown is imposed at the destination, a credit shell will be issued. This credit shell can be used for future bookings after deducting any applicable IRCTC/Airline cancellation charges.
Refund Policy
01 Registration Charges: As stated above, these are non-refundable.
02 Refunds: In the event of a refund, a credit shell will be issued. This can be used for any future trip within 365 days of issuance.
03 Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 days to process and credit to the customer’s account.
04 Returns: Physical items are not eligible for return.
