When our agent arrived at Noi Bai airport today, he took us to the hotel. In the evening, you will take a city tour that includes the Temple of Literature and Vietnam's first university. The gardens and well-preserved structures, built in 1070, provide a pleasant peek into Vietnam's history. We next proceed to Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and take a cycling trip of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi at a hotel.

Today you will go to Ninh Binh, which is located south of Hanoi. There are several well-known sights in the area, such as Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu historic capital, which has antique temples attributed to King Dinh and King Le. The tour in Ninh Binh begins with a boat ride at Tam Coc, where stunning limestone Samll islands protrude up from the verdant rice fields and Vietnam's Halong Bay. Continue to Ninh Binh, which was the king's residence in the 10th century and is today famed for the wooden reliefs of the gloomy Dinh and Le temples. Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Today you will travel to Halong Bay, which was classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. When you arrive at Halong, you will board a boat to explore the amazing beauty of this "Descending-dragon" bay, which was formed by hundreds of odd-shaped limestone rocks and Small island grottoes. Following a meal of delicious seafood on board, we may explore the Surprising Grotto, swim, or kayak, pass through floating settlements, and approach little islands to admire their beauty. Dinner will be served on the boat. Attend events on the boat in the evenings or rest at your leisure. Overnight stay on board. (B/L/D)

Today, you'll take a boat to Luon Cave, a ring-shaped pool inside an island in Halong with a completely serene setting and green water. Back to the Halong Wharf, travelling through the most heavily populated area with various islands named Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense Burner Rock, or Sea Dog Rock. After arriving at Halong Wharf, we will return to Hanoi airport for our journey to Saigon (now known as Ho Chi Minh City). When you arrive, our representative will take you to the city centre to check into your hotel. Overnight in Saigon at a hotel. (B/L)

Today, go to the Mekong Delta and board a boat for a cruise along the great Mekong River. We make a sightseeing stop at one of the four islands in the region. Following that, you will board tiny boats rowed by locals through little channels filled with water from coconut trees to visit local industries. After that, take a horse-drawn carriage ride around the village's peaceful roads. In the evening, we travel back to Saigon, stopping to see the Vinh Trang pagoda, a well-known pagoda in the area with architecture influenced by Chinese, Cambodian, and French cultures. You will be transferred to the Cu Chi Tunnels today. Cu Chi is currently a famous destination for both Vietnamese and foreign tourists; the network of almost 200km of tunnels became legendary during the War. The tunnels were formerly working subterranean towns with multiple trap doors, carefully designed dwelling spaces, storage facilities, and weapon manufacturing. Return to Saigon. In the evening, tour the Reunification Palace and the terrible War Remnants Museum. This museum is a remarkable experience that is sure to elicit strong emotions. Pass past classic European-style landmarks including the elegant City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the ancient Opera House (both only visible from the exterior), and the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. Overnight in Saigon at a hotel.

We transfer to the airport this morning for our journey to Siem Reap. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, our local tour guide will meet you at the airport and transport you to your accommodation. This evening, we go to Wat Thmei (Killing Field), which has a remarkable glass-walled pagoda containing the bones of Khmer Rouge victims. Continue on to the Les Artisans d'Angkor – Chantiers Ecole, which houses the finest authentic Khmer arts and crafts. Overnight at Siem Reap at a hotel. (B)

Today, we will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, often known as Big Angkor. Terrace of the Elephants is a 300-meter-long terrace wall embellished with carved elephants and columns that spans the middle of Angkor Thom in front of Baphuon - a massive temple mountain in the heart of Angkor Thom, Royal Palace Area, and Phimeanakas - an outstanding rite and sandstone pyramid. The Terrace of the Leper King is located at the northern end. This evening, we will visit the Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia, which is one of the seven wonders of the world. According to Hindu mythology, it is a duplicate of the cosmos. The five iconic towers of Angkor Wat climb into the sky, forming a mathematical arrangement of countless galleries. Today you will see a different side of Angkor. Ta Prohm Temple is a remarkable example of human ingenuity and natural beauty. For generations, giant trees have flourished here. However, there are some stunning lintels and pediments. Srah Srang is a royal pool that served as the King's bathing pond, where he bathed his numerous concubines every day. It is a five-level pyramid dedicated to Shiva. Thommanon is a little picturesque temple in excellent condition that was erected at the same time as Angkor Wat. This evening, you'll go to Preah Khan, which means "The Sacred Sword" and was also erected by Jayawarman VII. It's known for its enormously lengthy cruciform hallways and intricate sculptures. Ta Som was a tiny traditional Bayon-style monastery structure with a level enclosure. Last but not least, visit Pre Rup, which was erected in the 10th century by Rajendra Varman, and watch the sunset there. In Seam Reap, spend the night at a hotel. (B)
