This morning, meet your guide and coach at the central Zurich meeting spot. Relax as your bus brings you to Engelberg, the starting point for the breathtaking trip up Mt. Titlis. Today, begin your journey early and make your way to the meeting location in downtown Rome. The Vatican trip begins with a carriage ride through Piazza dellaRepubblica, passing the Fountain of the Nayads and continuing through the historic Aurelian walls that formerly encircled the ancient city. From Piazza del Popolo, where there is an Egyptian obelisk dating from Ramses II's reign. Finally, upon arrival at the Vatican Walls, your guide will lead you into the Vatican Museums via the magnificent Spiral staircase, passing through the Gallery of Tapestries and the Gallery of Geographical Maps, before arriving at the famous Sistine Chapel, which features Michelangelo's magnificent fresco of the Last Judgement.
